PDEU IIC incubated Cibos Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Imagine Powertree Pvt. Ltd. are among the Top 10 Winners of the SolarX Startup Challenge hosted by the International Solar Alliance! Founders have received the opportunity to present at the upcoming REInvest 2024 along with that startups have received a grant of up to $15000 USD.

The event featured prominent leaders, including the Director General of ISA, MNRE Secretary, the Honorable Minister of MNRE and Power, and the US Ambassador to India.

We are thrilled to share that Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) has been ranked Top 50 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework(NIRF) Ranking 2024 under the category of Innovation. PDEU IIC has sensitised more than 30,000 students through number of events, workshops and seminars. More than 200 startups have been incubated by PDEU Innovation and Incubation Centre (PDEU IIC) with over 20 of them surpassing INR 50 lakhs per annum in revenue.

PDEU has implemented PDEU Innovate Entrepreneurship policy as a part of National Innovation Startup Policy (NISP). Under this 2023, we have supported 10 Faculty led startups among which 3 faculty startups have received startup certificate.

Mr. Hunny Bhagchandani, Founder of Torchit Electronics Pvt. Ltd. was recognized in the NGO & Social Entrepreneurship category of Forbes India 30 Under 30, with over 1,50,000 lives impacted.

The Total project cost for the established of TBI 11.95 crore among which INR 8.78 crore is contribution from Dept, of science & technology of India.

Startups have successfully filed more than 110 Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) applications, among with 70 IPR applications have been granted and approved.
