By bringing together startups from different industries, the summit encourages knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration, ultimately contributing to the overall development and success of the incubated ventures. The event had 2 parts

The Innovators Summit 1.0 took place in Two Phases:

FIRST PHASE:

• Team Photoshoot

This professional photography session captured the collective spirit of PDEU IIC. Employees, interns, and startup founders came together, creating a visual representation of the center's vibrant ecosystem. These images serve not only as memories but also as powerful marketing tools, showcasing the diverse talent pool and collaborative environment fostered by PDEU IIC.

• One-on-One Interactions with Mentors & Director-PDEU IIC

Startup founders had the invaluable opportunity to engage in personal discussions with PDEU IIC Director, Shri. Abhinav Kapadia, and mentors. These focused interactions allowed founders to seek tailored advice, discuss specific challenges, and gain insights from experienced professionals. Such personalized mentorship is crucial for startups to navigate their unique growth trajectories.

• Video Interviews of Startups

Startup founders stepped into the spotlight to share their startup stories through video interviews. This platform allowed them to articulate their vision, explain their business models, and recount their entrepreneurial journeys. Additionally, responding to two specific questions about their ventures helped founders refine their messaging and potentially uncover new perspectives on their businesses.

• Rapid Fire Sessions for Startups

In this dynamic session, interns challenged startup founders with impromptu questions, capturing their spontaneous responses on video. This exercise tested the founders' quick thinking and deep understanding of their businesses, while also preparing them for real-world scenarios where they might need to respond to unexpected inquiries from investors or clients.

• Pitch Deck Workshop

PDEU IIC Mentor, Mr. Anay Mashruwala led an engaging session on creating effective 30-minute pitch decks. This workshop equipped founders with essential skills for concisely and compellingly presenting their business ideas. The ability to craft a strong pitch deck is crucial for attracting investors, partners, and clients, making this session particularly valuable for the startups' future growth.

• Alumni Networking

Newly incubated startup’s founders had the chance to connect with and learn from IIC alumni startups. This interaction facilitated knowledge transfer, allowed for sharing of best practices and provided current founders with insights into potential challenges and opportunities they might face as they grow their businesses.

SECOND PHASE:

• Drum Circle- Team Bonding Activity

Led by Mr. Akul Raval and team, this surprise activity brought all participants together in a unique, rhythmic experience. The drum circle served as a powerful team-building exercise, fostering connection, creativity, and collaboration among founders. It provided a refreshing break from the more formal aspects of the event and helped strengthen relationships in a fun and memorable way.

• Networking Dinner

The event concluded with a communal dinner, providing a relaxed setting for continued networking and discussions. Following this, attendees gathered to watch the World Cup Final together. This shared experience further strengthened the sense of community among participants, reinforcing the idea that the startup journey, like sports, is about teamwork, perseverance and shared goals.
